Terms & Policies

 

ORDERS

1. Orders are processed once paid in full. Our production team begins work on your order almost immediately.
2. All sales are final.
3. Orders may take up to 5 weeks for processing, and various items will require your sign-off prior to printing/producing.  We do our best to accommodate the production schedules desired by our clients. If you need your items by a certain date, please notify us when placing your order. Rush charges may apply.   
4. We allow 50% payment on orders and 50% upon pick-up.       
5. HI-REZ Digital negatives ARE available to purchase. All images are sent electronically via HIGHTAIL.com with unlimited download and no expiration. 
6. Fotos by T reserves the right to archive your images. An Archive/Retrieval fee is up to $350.00 for minimal a year and 100% go toward purchase.

 PROOFING

1. Ordering is done in-person at our photo studio or on zoom.
2. Once your images have been retouched you will receive a password protected  retouch proof gallery where you will have ONE revision opportunity.
3. If you would like to come back and Proof in person for a 2nd time ,there will be a fee of $350 and goes 100% toward your purchase of product. 
4. ANY Complimentary Session ( auction winner or Gifted session) that would like to make a appt. to view the images from the shoot will be charged a fee if $350 and 100% will go toward the purchase of printed product or digitals. ( excludes tax and shipping fees) 

 RETOUCHING

1. Sexy by T includes standard retouching on every image ordered. This includes:  sharpness / color / brightness / cleaning of backgrounds / removing spots / skin blemishes / eye bag / wrinkles reduced / teeth & eyes whitened/ stray hair removal, AND MORE… so ask.
2. Extensive and additional retouching STARTS at $35 per image or 150$ per hour. This advanced retouching includes rebuilding/slimming body parts, swapping of heads, fixing clothing malfunctions, changing background elements, extensive removal of wrinkles, adding or removing objects or people to the image, removing braces / lens glare or adding special effects on images and everything else needed.
3. If you change your mind on a selected image after it has been retouched, retouching charges of up $200.00 will apply on any order. If you are dissatisfied with your final product, Fotos by T will work with you to ensure the dissatisfaction is resolved.

 PRICING

1. California sales tax of 9.375% is required to be added to all tangible product received. 
2. Session/package pricing, a la carte print pricing and specials are subject to change. To secure your session, invoices must be paid upon booking. Full payment is required to reserve your hair & makeup artist.
3. Weekend sessions are available however there is a extra 25% fee for BEAUTY.   

 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

1. Session and Viewing Cancellations fewer than 72 hours notice incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. Sessions fewer than 24 hours notice incur a 50% of session fees (as scheduled). We know "shit" happens so please keep us informed.  Keep in mind, if you are twenty minutes or more late to Viewing , hair & makeup or the Session ,we might have to reschedule you & the cancellation fee will apply.
2. There is a $100 refund processing fee for COMPLETE CANCELLATION at any time so instead reschedule. 

 PAYMENT

1. We accept Checks, Direct bank transfers and Zelle. If you choose to use paypal or Credit card there will be a added 3.5% fee.
